  • We bought a farm in 1965 when I was just a young boy. About a month later my father purchased a ZA at a nearby farm sale. That old Minnie did it all for several years before we could afford a second tractor. She plowed the fields, disked, planted, cultivated, then pulled the combine and picked the corn with a 2 row mounted picker. And in between, she pulled the wagons, manure spreader, graded the half mile long drive in the summer, and plowed the snow from it in the winter. Thanks for the video

  • Sounds great!!

  • YA !... I used to love to drive this same tractor, pulling the hay rake back in 1970. She was my favorite tractor of the bunch. The oldest but best. No muffler on her, but not at all noisy. Only a bit smelly ! Hand clutch operation I got used to and held so dear... Those were the days. Wonder who has her now. Hope she is loved now, as then.

  • nice work

  • Sounds great. I have a ZA that was bought new by my grandfather in 1952 in Tennessee. It's been repainted, but the engine has never been apart. It's fairly low time.
