Making Money A-Z with Storage Unit Auctions 2011 http://tiny.cc/4lcpc and check out my blog here http://storageauctionguru.com There are a lot of jewels in this one!

Storage Auction Mental The Hustler MindSet- The Opportunity Myth

Right now if you are reading this you are interested in getting into the storage auction business. It means you smell the opportunity, great you get it, but brace yourself, the next part is for the folks who do not get it.

If you have not heard about storage auctions and the potential treasures you can find, you are living under a rock or do not know of anyone with a television. It is the latest fad and more folks jump on the bandwagon daily.

There are two groups of folks, those who are excited about what they can possibility find in those dark and smelly storage auction units and those who are pissed off at the highest level of pissitivity, about the shows letting the cash cat out of the bag.

One problem with that train of thought, a funky car full of misinformation, denial, bitter feelings and duplicity, is that the shows are not responsible for so many people coming out to the storage auctions.

Yes, you read correctly, the shows are not why there are so many people coming out to get a piece of the storage auction action. Nope that is not it, the reasons are far more salient than a couple of TV shows.

It is those dire job productions numbers, falling credit scores, empty refrigerators, hungry children and a wife that looks at you every day, with that "what-are-we-going-to-do-now?" look on her face every day you come home from that job that sucks your soul and still does not provide enough income for the essentials.

It is homes that have lost 25% or far more of their value, it is that guy looking at his once six digit checking account and now there is a three digit sum, dwindling rapidly. It is that retired person crunching the numbers and realizing their depressed investments are forcing them back into the work force.

  • The area I am in, is literally depressed, and most people didn't attend the auctions to begin with, and I am not seeing an increase in people attending. Nor am I seeing higher prices. Just a lot of units up for sale. I grabbed a guy off the street, and gave him five dollars to register for the auction (and a free breakfast coupon) because we needed three people or there was no auction.

  • Great vid

  • Once in awhile to motivate myself. I give myself a challenge. Sometimes I have a goal sometimes it's just open ended to see how far I can go. Last winter when i was laid off. I gave myself a $250.00 challenge. I found items I knew I could profit on. In the 2 months I was laid off I rolled the 250 into 3000 just for fun. Glendon I think for your viewers you should have a X amount challenge have it go for say a month. Every one V-log it and see who makes most at the end.

  • @Glendon007 I know the feeling. I had too much faith in the corp. world. I was foolish, but am thankful to have woken up to the corp. scam.

  • @bruinsfleetcommander -use to be , don't play anymore, which I don't even understand why I stopped playing, thanks for watching!

  • @annabellasgiftshop -yes, the big pictures is where the juice flows, some people get so caught up on nickels, completely missing the dollars!
