i,ve got a stereo,a dog and a wife,that's loud.

Even the big boys from Meade are loud, but I recently have my ext-80 apart for some customization's, one of then is I'm going to put rubber pads between the drives and the mounts to the plastic body, which is why there so loud, plastic transfer noise really well.

how can I program the computer the telescope to see planets?

I have the Meade ETX 60, I was lucky enough to find it at our local pawn shop for $80 (it retails for about $160.99) so I had to take it! lol It is very accurate and easy to use.
I would like to find a cable to hook it to my laptop sometime too. :D

is the scope very loud when tracking or just your camera is too sensitive?

@marcokelwen The cam sound is too sensitive and too close to scope ! In actual use the sound from scope is modest and relatively unobtrustive - sound on my vids is not my best point ;-)
