The man is trespassing. The owner isn't at fault; the guy isn't supposed to be there and he knew it. But although the owner isn't, or wasn't, at fault, they still had to shoot the dogs because they can't just let a man get owned by two guard dogs -.-

The owner of those dogs is clearly at fault. Those dogs did not do the right thing. A properly trained guard dog will only go after the arms of an intruder and try to knock the intruder off balance. When they can get the intruder on the ground, they often stand on them to make sure they do not move. Otherwise they just do not let go of their arms. No real guard dog would eat a human, intruder or not. This video is a showing of huge negligence on the part of the guard dog owner. Damn abuser

thats so stupid that we think a life of a criminal is more important than an animals, they were doing their job, its just like if a higher form of life uses us for protection and we kill a bad lifeform for being a robbing a store and then we were killed for doing our job, just does not sound fair at all.
