Crash Bandicoot The Wrath of Cortex- Tornado Alley

I didn't see a single alley in this level. Obviously, that'd be hard to do on a plane, but still. One thing puzzles me about this level, though. Aren't tornadoes suppose to move around from place to place? I can't see how much more damage it could cause by staying in the exact same place. It remains a mystery
