Hitler had no sense of law, Napoleon made the Code which followed most of Europe for many years even after his exile to St. Helena. Hitler was a logistical and strategic imbicile. Napoleon was a strategic and diplomatic genius. And finally, Hitler was the most inept military commander in Germany, while Napoleon's presence on a battlefield counted for 100,000 soldiers. No comparison at all.
