It IS the bailouts that caused this. By throwing increasingly large amounts of money at the banks, Obama has ensure a 10(ish) year recession/depression. Sure, the numbers say we're out of a 'recession' only because the printed cash was included in the equation. Therefore, the real growth in aggregate terms is depression. That's because the working productive capacity has shrunk in double digits.

The next decade will reveal the depth of my statement. IMHO.

The death of the malls has been slowly happening since the late 80's.....malls are notoriously expensive......most of the newer malls concentrate on lower prices with more meager brand names and more modest stores.....like KMart or Target.....and you must remember..one of the main reasons malls did so well...it was a form of entertainment...they will eventually die out
