10 yr old Ashleigh Neilio singing Where Were You When The World Stopped Turning by Alan Jackson in support of Capt. Chris Pace, 58th Airlift Squadron instructor pilot, Altus Air Force Base, Ok. The name of his endeavor is Journey of Freedom, rode his bike 150 miles and then ran 100 miles, from Arlington National Cemetery to Cross Fit NYC which in near Ground Zero in NY with no sleep! He Stopped in Magnolia NJ to make his transition form bike to running. Al proceeds raised will go to the Disposable Heroes Project, a non-profit organization that supports wounded and fallen warriors and their families.
He arrived on 9/11/11 at approx 10:20 am!
Ashleigh, you are an incredible young lady growing up in an incredible community! Your singing in support of Chris's endeavor left him speechless. I have shown numerous people this video and every time I do I have a tear in my eye. Thank you for helping to make our first visit to Magnolia an experience we will never forget! God Bless you! So happy we were able to have the oppurtunity to meet Capt Pace and his family. 9/10/11 will be a day that not only we will always remember but a day Magnolia will always treasure.
