We are a Government of The People, by The People, for The People! ~President Abraham Lincoln

The Non-Adherence to the CDC Mission; Refers to the Missions of the CDC, which is to promote health and quality of life by preventing and controlling disease, injury, and disability [2008] and Early Detection, Intervention / Prevention of Disease Transmission, disability and Death [2003]. Senator Coburn stated As a practicing physician, I have consulted CDCs experts and materials to help me successfully treat my patients, and I value the good work it is capable of doing. Unfortunately in many areas, CDC is just one among many federal agencies that I believe is not properly living up to its own mission. Notwithstanding, as a direct consequence of CDCs incompetence, indifference and reckless disregard for human life, as illustrated in the irrefutable evidence provided to Former CDC Director, Dr. Julie L. Gerberding in 2006, via Senator Barbara Mikulski (D-MD), the Philadelphia FBI in 2005 via a formal complaint filed under the Color of Law Statute and to Senator Arlen Specter (R-PA.) in 2006 via personal letter, referencing the professional misconduct at CDCs Disease Control Preparedness Programs in Philadelphia, Baltimore and perhaps the entire Country, illustrating CDCs violation of Federal Law Title 42, Chapter 21, Subchapter VI, § 2000e7 Effect on State Laws, Title 42, Chapter 21, Subchapter VI § 2000e8 Investigations.

The Non-Adherence to the Hippocratic Oath; Means that Health Care Professionals (the word "professional" comes from the Latin word "professio," which means a public declaration with the force of a promise e.g.To Do No Harm) have a fiduciary duty toward those they serve. Whereas, professionals have a particularly stringent duty to assure that their decisions and actions serve the welfare of their patients or clients, even at some cost to themselves. Professions have codes of ethics which specify the obligations arising from this fiduciary duty. Ethical problems often occur when there appears to be a conflict between these obligations or between fiduciary duties and personal goals / monetary gain e.g. Cash Bonuses and shall be investigated in accordance with Federal Law Title 42, Chapter 21, Subchapter VI, § 2000e7 Effect on State Laws, Title 42, Chapter 21, Subchapter VI § 2000e8 Investigations.

Any man worth his salt will stick up for what he believes right, but it takes a slightly better man to acknowledge instantly and without reservation that he is in error."
~President Andrew Jackson
