this is how to unlock dry bowser, its pretty simple actually, just get 1 star in each cup, (the cups are the top 4) and come 1st in 3 of them and 2nd in one (or do better)
Dry bowser is powerful with its weight, drifting and offroading, but is poor in accelaration and speed...
