I made this as to learn about pulling images from the web in VS2008.NET as i usually use VC++ and VB6

I think that you made this with layers of pictureboxes? Then, how do you blend those?

I used 1 picturebox, just change the settings, and depending on weather they selected to keep the alpha channel, I save the picture with a difrent method.

I supose you could do it with multipul picture boxes and that would be uneficent, but you may be able to use DrawToBMP EG
