This is by Looney Tunes. Ralph Phillips is a boy in school who daydreams in class all day about battling and fighting and saving the princess drowning under the sea. He engages in a fight with the numbers, he pick up his sword, bow and arrow and riffle made with the numbers. He is also a boxer at some point too. This may also be named "From A to Z-Z-Z-Z"

This was recorded in a (1995) Macintosh Computer 8500 185MHz 96MB RAM using Apple Video Player in OS 9.1 a VCR with RCA plugs (the red, yellow and white round plugs). 4GB available space, delivered a 1GB recording at 15 frames a second. Pretty fluent or at least good enough. These computers are so cheap is not even funny, they are all over eBay and they are very capable and useful to have around. But you have to know how to use the software and you need at least 4GB free space to work with.

@executionsty1e I remember that one! It's Porky Pig that gets a room in a motel run by Daffy Duck, and Daffy sends the mouse to his room with some celery to eat. Then Porky calls the front desk to have someone come and get rid of the mouse, for a fee. Eventually it escalates, as you say. Unfortunately, the name escapes me, but that should give you something to go on.
