  • "the goal would be not to have a goal" It seems like modern artists or post modern artists, believe that their (leftish)ideas are far ahead off society. They have this arrogance of moral superiority, its so pretentious...If they need an audience for a piece to be complete, or for it to just exist, then relational art that's never been interacted with would never be "ART" and that is pointless<--but that's the point<--stupid

  • for an artist being actively part of an ism is the most limiting thing in the world, this guy is pushing that idea too much, just because it happened in the c19th doesn't mean it HAS to happen in C20th and clearly it hasn't caught on all that much. Its witty at first but his idea that people could some day look back at 'relational art' like they do the Renaissance is a flawed concept, because it does not exist in the same way..... that is not to say its any less valid.

  • rirkrit's work is not the most relational of art. Its actually a poor example...if you think about it of relational art. Its still the idea.....except for that one video piece. He's on to something there. He needs to only do more of that work
