Give me a break.
If they're not doing that, they're watching their own "handiwork." They stand in the crowd of onlookers and watch us fight the fire.
They don't usually call attention to themselves the way the guy in the segment did.

Even if this arsonist didn't kill anyone, I think that the sentence should be for more than 2 years. I'm guessing he probably did some community service after his sentence.

At 2:32, if that's the arsonist, where did the sherrif's jacket come from?? All throughout the segment he is not wearing a sherrif's jacket, but at 2:32 he is all of a sudden wearing a sherrif's poilce jacket.
2. With all of the calls he is making at a pay phone, how many quarters do you think he has?
