I have no idea what these guys are talkin about. If you're a card carrying hip hop dude you like PE over the Grunt. Its pretty simple, they take samples, put them on a good beat and rap over it. It took Patrice almost 40 years to know this???

I love DOOM heavy metal and I can tell you that bands like Seamount, Hour of 13 et al borrow HEAVILY from Judas Priest and other N.W.O.B.H.M. (new wave of british heavy metal) bands.

I think Nero's onto something when he says Dre is more respected because he "digs deeper". Dre will get some obscure song by Leon Haywood or whoever, while Puffy will sample a well known song that everybody's heard like 'Every Breath you Take' or 'Kashmir'.
