  • Where did you get yours for 299?

  • @spawn039 They are the older model which I don't think they sell anymore. In the process of saving up to get a new pair 90lbs set.

  • question , why not the urethane ones? the price difference? 299 is good price for non euruthane

  • @ltigre2031 at the time when I brought these the urethane ones were not available. When I do upgrade mine I will get the urethane.

  • Even a skinny guy if embarking on this whole world of lifting weights, should get the 90 or the 130 even, because he is supposed to be trying to progress to being able to lift it. No use getting the 50 then in 2 or 3 years you have gone to your maximum, at that point you're going to have to sell that PowerBlock and buy a bigger one, when you could just buy the bigger one to start with. If you never expect to get big enough to be lifting the 90 then why are you even doing it in the first place?!

  • @eXPerienceyeah I agree, when I got these the sales person didn't have a clue about the heavy weights. Neither did I, the only saving grace is I got them on Floor sample sale and saved a $100 bucks. I just read a article on lifting heavier vs. moderate weight. Which basically states you can get similar gains without lifting heavier. Check it out on my blog title " Lifting heavy my first attempt at Benching 275lbs" Thanks for the comment.

  • @experienceyeah not everyone is thinking lifting steroid to maximum possible, if you aim to get definition, those are perfect even like ex. gsp dont even use more then 90 lbs on his dumbell exercise. And mine i just bought are expendable to 130lbs per hand !

  • @ishoa1 No they have magnets on them that are really thick. all metal. will not fall even if you tried, you would have to actually tak it out to come off.

  • wow nvm i heard wrong lol 299$

  • where did you get them for 29 bucks? i see all of them in the 300 range ):

  • @ishoa1 I have had powerblocks for over two years and have yet to have a pin fall out. The tension usually keeps it in place and the pin has a magnetic part that holds it in otherwise.

  • @60DayswithNatJones i found these old models in Dicks Sporting Goods

  • @laxinthe303 at a gym

  • here is a better idea go to a gym

  • I'm looking into getting these, as my Selecttech's fucking broke when I dropped one. Such pieces of shit.

  • Where can you find a 544lb set for under $4500? (5lb-90lb)
