    The amount of pressure on the jury must be tantamount when they have to weigh all of the evidence and follow the instructions of the court. The life of a person weighs in their hand and they must make sure justice be done.

    What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? As far as I know James has yet to admit to it nor have there been any DNA tests performed... He deserves a FAIR trial. Insanity plea still isn't right if he didn't do it, or was forced into it.
