@BoundaryShift The amount of vitamin D3 to take per day varies tremendously between individuals. I took 50,000 IU per day for over a year and had healthy levels... others may only need 5,000-10,000 IU to achieve the same results. Blood work is essential for proper monitoring.

I have been taking D3 5k nightly for almost a year. This was my Dr. regiment and what this man is saying is 100% correct. No flu shot in five years, no more CYST in my breast, along with SUPER B COMPLEX my energy level is crazy.

I'm a PA. We go through medical school no different than MD's, just a shorter duration in school 3:4 ration time wise. We then get on the job training. They do a residency. We are not taught jack about preventative medicine. There is absolutely no connect b/w the body-mind-spirit. Everything is very mechanistic and linear. If something doesn't generate money, it is never considered real medicine. This is the basis. So, it's not like most MD's are lying, they just don't know better.

Thank god there isn't at least 1 doctor bought and sold by big pharma.
I just can't imagine a doctor coming out and saying: you can reduce or remove asthma medicine; you can reduce or remove osteoporosis medicine: you can reduce or remove chemotherapy? I'm just in awe of you.
Could you slap your colleagues up side the head and remind them of the Hippocratic oath as well? That they would not deliver toxic medication to their patients? And ignorance is no excuse.

how is that possible. it doesn't seem even ... that' just crazy. are they really that so far gone evil that they would defrock a doctor for giving vitamins? that's crazy. what is this world coming to.
