@stretchgilbert she isn't singing live.She is miming to a recording of herself singing live,used by the likes of Madonna,Katy Perry,Beyonce,Janet Jackson,Rihanna and of course Britney ..etc.But they keep a mic on ,so that she can ad lib and speak to the audience to give the impression she is singing live.

As dancing and singing don't go together,go on... try jumping up and down for 3 minutes whilst singing a song clearly and note perfect...virtually impossible.
