This video was posted June 28th, 2008. The Pyro update was released on June 19th, 2008, which gave the Flamethrower an airblast (that cost 25 ammo, not 20) but also added the Backburner which, as barely visible at 2:00, gave +50 maximum health at the time. As a result very few Pyros used the regular Flamethrower until the Backburner health bonus was removed on July 29, 2008.
