lol 0.09 singapore airlines won't use the 747, and United Airlines duznt go to melbourne, at 0.22, emirates MAY use the a380 for melbourne route, at 0.30, airnewzealand duznt fly 747 to melbourne, and china eastern is meant to fly a a340-300 to emlbourne. HOWEVER, i understand this is the future, and in the future, these planes and routes may exist

Air travel is one of the greatest expanding industries of all, and at its current rate, within the near future it could become a crowded, unmanagable scene... We've got a below par public transport system, sure, but expanding airports means ability to accomodate for larger aircrafts, (and more of them), and a greater number of airline carriers. Meaning greater revenue for profit - opportunity for more long haul international flights, greater control/organisation of traffic, and more passengers.

Shouldn't the stupid fucking government fix the public transport drama first? Or build an underground rail link from the CBD out to the airport? Victoria's public transport system is a laughing stock, once upon a time we were setting the standard for the rest of Australia.
