http://www.waterfilters.net/Reverse-Osmosis-Membrane-Housing.html Aquaman features the MH09-1812WH reverse osmosis membrane housing. Finding the correct replacement membrane can be very difficult and even impossible if you do not know the exact model # of the system or membrane. Furthermore, some older systems have discontinued their unique proprietary membranes. In many cases, it is possible to replace the reverse osmosis membrane housing in order to use the industry standard size membranes currently available (i.e. TFM-50 or TFM-100). Replacing a membrane housing is relatively easy and it will make finding replacement membranes significantly easier, while simultaneously revitalizing your reverse osmosis water filter system. Also discussed in this video: Flow restrictors and the important function they serve in your RO system, as well as the need to replace the flow restrictor and match it to the gpd (gallon per day) rating of the reverse osmosis membrane. is it true that for every gallon of water an RO cleans, it waste 5 gallons of water?? and is there such a thing as an RO inline system that does not use a holding tank?

@1IIIIIIIIII1 Typically they waste 3-4 gallons for every one gallon of good water. Yes, there are tankless systems, and some have a much better waste/good ratio. Check out the Evolution RO1000 at our web site. It is the most advanced RO system available currently. It's the next generation Merlin.
