any idea why my album art doesnt show in full screen when i click it when its in like the 4 or 2 line view? i have the iphone 3g....and theres sooooo much audio setup im a nub i need like a walkthrough on how to set the EQ n everything

no full screen album art. There's only bass, treble and mids. It's easy.

Great review! I learned some things about DNX5120 that I didn't know how to do. I couldn't figure out how to play video from the ipod until I watched this. The manual doesn't tell you at all how to switch to ipod video mode. Thanks a lot! I love my Kenwood system!

I have an ipod video and I can't seem to make it work on the screen. I bought a music video from itunes to try the screen and the ipod video, the file apears on the screen but it only plays the sound even after pressing on the album art...... Is it the type of file? or is it the conection? I have it conected trough the ipod cable that hooks on the bottom, and the file is an avi from itunes......

If it plays on the ipod it should play through the kenwood as it's just acting like a monitor at that point. The ipod plays the video.

Hey man nice Video, and I knw its old as Hell and U prob dont even have that unit anymore, but is there a way to hook the Evo 4g into the Bluetooth on that unit. And also is there a way U can put movies onto a USB and play them thru the head unit

Can you have iPod connected and still see movie on iPod? I'm planning to connect iPad to mine and I would want to watch on iPad but have sound through head unit.

Hey man seeing there are no videos on youtube, I have a DDX516, and I am having trouble viewing anything but a black screen when trying to watch videos from my ipod. There are no monitor settings to change it to "zoom" mode on the DDX516, so I was wondering if you had any idea on what it might be? Thanks in advance.

The black bars on the side/top are due to the max resolution on the Ipod. the DDX512/712 so on run at about 800x600, Ipod runs 640x480.
