Ron Paul is against any and all judges that rule in opposition to there oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign or domestic.
Sotomayor and most other justices don't hold that our U.S. Constitution is amended only by the people and in strict accordance to the Constitutional amendment process laid out therein. In other words, they believe that our founding legal document is "organic" or "living", subject to interpretation in light of foreign law or opinion.

shes a true racist & a social activist judge in her decisions.
whereas any judge-judgement should be "blind" or impartial.
she will use the supreme court as her platform for racism and discrimination against whites and males.
btw: the above is called "empathy" by our president

I'm confused. Why is he against Sotomayor? Because she agreed with a verdict to allow a city to make its own criteria for giving promotions?
Sorry, I guess we're talking about the same case. However, I'm curious as to why you think it's acceptable to discriminate against those whose skin is white and not those whose skin is dark? How is that not racism? The fact is the firefighters passed the test and the city only decided to change the rules of the game after the fact. Do you think they'd have done the same if the situation had been reversed?

Well for one she's STRONGLY against the second amendment. She'd be yanking our guns out of our hands today if she could. She's also made some very questionable decisions as a judge. Particularly a case where New Haven firefighters were given a promotion exam , and those who passed (all white) were not promoted because no black firefighters had passed the exam. Apparently discrimination against whites is o.k. with her. So she's a racist and a La Raza member. Is that enough reasons?
