Pt. 2-UFO as seen on NPR and Good Morning America- Lafayette, Colorado 3/20/2011

(Part Two) Closer view of the UFOs above Denver, Colorado. They moved very slowly in a triangular formation across the sky then disappeared one at a time. We were in Lafayette, CO in my cousin's backyard facing west. The lights appeared to be approximately 3000-6000 feet high, coming from the West-Southwest and moving to the southeast. When they disappeared, they seemed to be directly over Denver. I was only visiting on my vacation, so I am not positive about the exact location or direction we were facing, but I am sure we were looking towards the west. We viewed the lights for approximately 15-20 minutes before they disappeared.

I live in superior colorado about 5 minutes away from lafayette and I think I may have seen this same thing. I noticed something not moving but then after like 5 minutes it turned into a big orange orb. would like to hear what others saw that night...

@sdfontanini I did not see any orb that night. This happened last March. All I saw is the lights go out one at a time within seconds of each other.

Great video wish I saw it in real life! But just an FYI if you were visiting.... You couldn't Have been looking WEST in LAYFAYETTE,CO and have the ufo directly over denver. Denver is EAST of layfayette.

@Br8kthechains I was looking West at first. The object moved to the east-southeast very slowly and ended up directly over Denver.

When you get the turnips from NASA telling you they are just Chinese lanterns, ask the vegetables where you can buy Chinese lanterns that stay in formation in exactly the same spot in the sky, before moving off faster than the eye can record.

@flippinecc Actually, to my knowledge no one from NASA has said they were chinese sky lanterns. That has only come from people who comment here who don't WANT to believe it could be anything else. Actually, the sky lantern was the most likely scenario based on what I have seen. But when I viewed the NASA video from the Atlantis Space Shuttle, and they see the exact formation in space and don't know what it is, that's pretty hard evidence to me that it may be something extraterrestrial.

I am so excited to have found this vid! Believe it or not, my ex husband and I saw this flying over Colorado Springs Colorado. Back in 1998!! We were driving northbound on I25 to our warehouse to deliver newspapers that night. So it was early morning, around 1am. I wanted to call and report it, but my ex husbands father worked at Norad and had instructed him that if he ever saw anything like this to NEVER call.

I saw this exact thing in New Brunswick Canada(East coast) in August. Was amazing! Then they slowly just disappeared. Never seen anything like it

Just saw 3 red lights right next to each other horizontally, traveling very slowly. went to get a closer look and they had vanished. Yes, tonight is bonfire night, but this was no firework.

GUYS, I SAW THIS LAST NIGHT IN SERBIA!! FIRST THERE WAS 5 OF THEM AND THERE WERE IN ARROW FORMATION, THEN 2 LIGHTS TURNED OFF AND THERE WAS 3 MORE LEFT, JUST LIKE IN THIS VIDEO!! WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT???
