Video Blog 5/23/08 - Thoughts on Maria

I didn't want to really write everything I wanted to say, so I decided to make a short video of my thoughts to blog about. I kept all my thoughts and notes, so maybe something will come later. This just helps me in closure and moving forward.

Also. Excuse the "um"s. My roommate called me and made fun of me for them. When you're making it, you don't notice. So... sorry in advance. And thanks, Philip. Thanks a lot.

Hi Canaan. I am so deeply sorry for your loss! I wish I could have known Maria, because she acted like a ray of sunshine in your uncles videos. I'm sure she was a ray of sunshine to your family. I recently went through a loss myself. My dad passed away on May 3rd, 2008. Your uncle's music has been helping me to heal. I was so heartbroken for your family, when I heard the news. Caleb is right about the way God healed Maria, & how He will heal Will. I continue to pray for your family!

Thanks for sharing so much about your experience as the Lord leads you through this life. My thoughts and prayers have been with your family for the past year... your uncle Steven has musically been a big part of my life for the past 15 years. My mom passed away a couple months ago... and I too hold on to the hope that Christ brings.
