im the owner of the dog people and his really good , im not bad to him i just was playing with him , and this country most of the dogs we put chains on them because they get really bad , but he eats all the time and his ok , relax people!!

I'm also latina and a mercy for animals advocate. I have a few things to say.. one, I don't agree with an animal being chained up outside and deprived of warmth next to its owner because animals DO get lonely but I'd have to agree if its being cared for,fed,and showed love the pup should have a good life. In third world countries this is common..in Paraguay hundreds of dogs are Strays and would wish to belong to someone. Also as far as aggressive dogs..they are not born aggressive they are made

@bridgeta13 what you said isnt true, i got a german shepherd when i was 4 yrs old and he had to be chained up because he was very aggressive with poor people (no joke, he HATED dirty children) and we didnt have a fence during that time so he was on a chain for 3 yrs! But if you wouldve have met him you'd see he was the sweetest thing (except with the poor) and very protective of everyone he knew, he was never scared of anything and he turned out to be the alpha male. Well he lived 10 yrs, 3 on
