The one thing that makes me laugh and shake my head is the skimpy clothing. Sure, it's fanservice for the teenage boys, but... the clothes the female Soul series cast dress in would have been like screaming "I'm a witch! Please burn me!" in the 1600's.

She Is The Only Character I Know That ages Backwards

@BentoBoxBobbyTV I agree with you in the sense that I appreciate the diversity in the series but she isn't really historically accurate. There were no villages in The Phillipines that was devoted to wind deities or windmills for that matter. Regardless she is one of my favorite character and I love her weapon style and story. I just wish they at least tried to be a little more accurate! xD

@naama987 The Japanese Americanized her?

in the 14 the 4th game she was totaly americanized she was less native like and stuff

no, talim in Sc3 looks a filipino influenced by Arabian culture, in Ancient times Filipinos was greatly influenced by foreign cultures like Chinese, Arabian, Japanese, Indian, Spanish, & etc...
In SC4 its a mixed of her costumes from the previous games.
This character is the FIRST Filipina fighter ever. It's an honor that the creators of Soul Calibur 2 EVEN MADE a character that was anime / game inspired of my nationality. Thank you Namco.

This is the Talim I miss. In the III sequel they americanized her some. Here she looks more native. I love it.
