looking in great shape bro hows that event training comming? i think u just inspired me to try some workouts like that think they would really help break up the grind of all the heavy weight i usually push around what u think

I kind of guessed that. But still, over 4 minutes of work?? I seriously shudder at the thought, but then I hate cardio. I see your logic, but still - I figure if someone is 4 minutes into a medley they need to get a LOT stronger first. :)
I'm confused. Badass, for sure, but why Rob?

I'm trying not to be one dimensional. These kinds of workouts have direct carry-over to strongman medleys. High level of intensity over a longer period of time.
