The Model 32 tube and pipe bender is the latest design by JD Squared. Essentially a super heavy duty version of the original Model 3, this machine makes bending extremely heavy wall material possible. The JD2 Model 32 can bend from 1/2" to 2" x .120" wall tubing manually with little effort because of the compound leverage from the ratcheting arm and can be upgraded to hydraulic power at any time. With hydraulics the machine is capable of bending up to 2.5" OD material, including 2" .250" wall DOM. (For manual operation the Model 32 must be solidly attached to a fixture such as our Floor Pedestal). The Model 32 bender is CNC machined from high strength cold rolled steel and holds up to daily use much better than look-alike benders. The die sets are equipped with replaceable alloy blocks which eliminate galling of steel tubing.

Standard on every Model 32 is the die locking mechanism. As the die rotates while bending the drive holes in the forming die pass under the lock pin. When the drive hole is below the lock pin, it drops into the drive hole and when pressure is removed from the bender the die's rotation is locked at that position. When bending resumes the ramp machined into the lock pin will automatically lift the pin out of the drive hole. This mechanism combined with the included anti-springback ratchet allows the Model 32 to better bend thin wall tubing as well as the heavier sizes of tubing such as 2" o.d. x .250" wall DOM tubing. The Model 32 excellent bend quality is guaranteed to be as good or better than any bender on the market in the $3,000 and under range. Die sets sold separately.

  • Great work! Could you please tell me, what is the advantage of this bender, as compared to a a hydraulic press bender? Thanks!

  • @lobzdik A hydraulic press or ram bender is fast, but usually results in very poor bend quality.

  • Does anyone know if this is the type of bender you would need to build for example: Custom Grill/Brush guards, Roll Bars and even smaller things such as Light Guards?

I notice some pipe benders kink the tubing. I am interested in bending pipes but also maintaining the cylindrical shape.

Anyone care to point me in the right direction?

  • @13098519 The Model 32 is exactly what you need. As long as you use material at or above the minimum wall thickness for the material OD and radius you will be bending on, you will have smooth, uniform bends. Check out our website for more details. tricktools . com

  • if you bought a manual Model 32, can you upgrade it to hydraulic later on?

  • @prm9156 Yes you can. Visit the trick tools website to see options and pricing.

    Thanks!

  • You know JD2 is just dance 2 for the wii game?

  • Lol a big candy cane

  • Will this tube bender bend 4130 chromoly?

  • @TrickTools.

I want to bend stainless steel in the size 63.5 millimeter and wall tickness 1.5 millimeter.

Sorry i don't now the size in inches only in millimeter.

    Is this possible.

    Thank you.

  • Can you bend Titanium and inconel in this machine? Can you bend 32mm OD x 1 mm wall thickness?

You it can have Hydrauli or CNC power operated Machines of the same model.

How much does each machine cost? please respond.

  • Too much hard work with this device
