as long as its not like my squire ( i recently noticed the pine plywood its made from was still seeping sap when the varnished it) i want james bass so bad!

These Squiers aren't multilaminated, in fact most higher end Squiers aren't. They are made of 2-3 pcs of Alder just like more expensive strats. The CV series and artists series are really a cut above the regular Squiers. Do a bit of research on their specs.
