@clfguardian Where on earth are they charging so much for that? I took lessons back in the seventies in Los Angeles when my sifu was there, and the rates were affordable for the average person.

I live in Australia and have gone to his classes in Sydney and he does speak English he is one of the best teacher around on that type of Qigong and I will highly recommended that if he come over to your country do it and it will help you if you know tai chi you will be able to relate to the form .But that is the best Qigong as far as I know you will feel the effects of it in no time.

Yes Master Chen has formed a you tube channel to post all his orginal teachings in english. This clip was done in china for the National sports channe as a national martial arts treasurel. Master Chen has started his external arts channel under chanyongfa and the internal channel will kick off in nxt 2 weeks. I am his senior disciple

yeah for a $100 a day you can learn Choy Lee Fut not so much forms but sanda and Concepts behind CLF.
