I really want to slim out my legs, NOT bulk up my thighs! Can you give me an approximation how often should I do this workout to drop two pant sizes without bulking up? I eat very healthy and Im a teenage girl.

@Heyytam It's really hard for a woman to "bulk" up, so I wouldn't stress about it to much. I would say workout 4-6 days a week, but don't always do just this video, throw in a variety to keep those muscles guessing and your workouts maximally effective.
