Hitch just joined the 500 wins club. He wants two more CUPS before he retires. I heard ESPN say yesterday - The best team in the NHL right now is obviously the Blue Jackets.
Well thats not true. But they are somewhere around the 4th to the 6th best with the changes they have rapidly made, When teams rapidly change and get better it is very difficult for others to see it coming. Thats why the CBJ's are beating up on teams now.

It isnt like the Blue Jackets are decades old. And unfortunately for several years the CBJ's had a terrible GM who had no real vision of how to keep getting better with a goal of winning a CUP!!!
Now with new GM and the addition of one of hockeys greatest coaches in Ken Hitchcock the Jackets are aggressive in working towards one goal - A CHAMPIONSHIP.
The CBJ's are now 2 players away from being the best team in the NHL.
