Or, I guess you could have just sloped the entire bathroom with drypack. But then, where does the shower pan stop? Did you use a different method? Let me know how you did this, I want to try it.

Fantastic work. Did you raise the entire floor of the bathroom, to ensure the slope to the drain? Or did you lower the floor for the shower? Is this on slab, or on joists?

The floor was raised before I started. I removed the old cast iron stack and reduced from 4" cast to 3" ABS. With these tighter fitting I squeaked the curbless in. I needed to adjust the vent lines and use a wall mount toilet to make this install work.
The drain is 2 1/4" below (including glass tile) the entry and the entire bathroom is a shower pan. My glazers mounted the panels to the wall and the short panel glued gives strength to the design.
