the lead character(non vampire) can read minds.

truebloods vampires are at least close to what vampires used to be, very close, unlike Twilight(total crap).

vampires nerver should be strong... thing and pale xD but not strong... maybe lestat in the QotD film, but it sucks anyway

Ah, but it isn't romance, it's sexually frustrated, clingy, hideous, annoying, whining, controlling, hormonal teenage obsession >_<

But the stuff you say about super strength and speed, i don't agree that it's a very bad deviation, to be honest if done right it adds to the fear :3

Plus if you read Hellsing Vampires can do even more shizzle XD

The last good Vampire movie was Van Helsing! After that Twilight made me sick of Vampires. Destroying Twilight, the author, the actors, and all the fans is the only way to cleanse the Vampire reputation.

I think vampires can be main characters of a story and I think the can have some angst. But their is something as to much and twilight is to much.

Take Interview with the vampire, a Vampire as a main character check, angst check. But he is still a monster and through the film (reluctantly) kills people.

Edward and the other Cullens are just annoying goody goody vampires, to be fair the other vampires in the story are monsters that kill people and such, it is still a bad story though.

i do believe the garlic thing isnt very good but the sun should i mean, if hey dont die at least have them be weak.
