Just done my ADSC. Got 8;58 but i want to join the Paras, but i have to go to Harrogate Foundation College first because am only 15.

a only got 11;50 for my run in my pre assesment which is pretty bad i think would i still pass going in for infantry at standard entry i also have time to get that time down but at the moment would i pass?

@britishfetishman101 so what are humans designed to eat from their natural habitat you may as if protein and veegtables/grains are out the window??
fruits! and natural clean healthy fats from nuts and avocado.! combined with raw fish(for omega 3 oils) and egg yolk (for dietary cholesterol)
eat as much of these foods as you like and you will not gain any fat..you will build muscle and you will be fitter and healthier than ever.
vegetables are BAD!..cooked food is bad!

@210482fmj you know what id like to see?..now I dont have a problem with war...but once..just once id like to see a Royal or politician fight a real battle.!
