I like how cats can make doing nothing seem interesting.

No, they don't go outside. Rexies don't have the out coat of fur that other cats do, so if they got wet they wold be very cold and get sick. They now have a big house to run around in (that video was from our condo).
Now, as for being stolen, they are very expensive - That is something to think about. Yikes!
