Oregon researchers create cloned monkeys using variety of stem cells

Dr. Shoukhrat Mitalipov of the Oregon National Primate Research Center speaks about experiments involving the use of different stem cells to create monkeys. Lab-cultured stem cells proved to be ineffective, while genuine stem cells taken directly from embryos resulted in the successful creation of monkey fetuses.

Keep in mind these are all ADULT stem cells, not embryonic ones. ADULT stem cells have been used for all kinds of amazing things, and don't cost a potential life. Embryonic stem cells have achieved absolutely nothing, anywhere.
