its not about fairness. Its war. You dont risk you own country men to kill someone so you can pretend you have "honour." There was a job to do here and the safest way to do it was with an AC-130. That guy could've been a high level terrorist commander. The 130 probably saved lives by not needlessly risking coalition forces and tempting a large ground assault on what could've been part of a village. As long as he is a terrorist, and not a civilian, it doesnt matter. Bring the ac-130 or the MQ-9
