http://www.BeSlimForHealth.TSFL.com Hi guys. It's been 4 months since I started this weight loss journey. I've lost 25 pounds, look better, feel better and couldn't be happier with this program. I don't miss my old eating patterns, I'm not hungry and have very few cravings. I even baked my husband a pecan pie (his favorite) for his birthday and didn't even have a bite!
I couldn't check my fat % on the video because the battery was low on my scale. I did check it after and have lost another 1% total body fat. My fat loss seems to have shifted from primarily my upper body to more in my lower body. I still have some fat to lose in my arms and on my stomach but my worst areas are my upper legs, so I hope the trend continues.
I've been continuing my health coach training. Even though I passed the certified health coach exam, there is still a lot more to learn. This program is not just about losing weight, it is about achieving optimal health. Getting to a healthy weight is just the first step.

Ah, interesting thought. By what standards is 110 too skinny? On the Body Mass Index, normal range for my height is 105 to 133. As I am a very small boned woman I estimate that I should be at the lower end. 110 puts me at a BMI of about 20 which is considered to be Ultrahealthy. If we look at fat %, I am currently at about 18.5%. This is in the lean range. 17% is athletic. Since my goal is to be Ultrahealthy, lean and fit, by my standards and clinical guidelines 110 looks to be just about right.
