@xloveXghoulx before you ask here are a few male injustices-
- men are conscripted into the military if an important war is being lost.
- men have higher mortality rates in every age category in almost every country. just because i am a man, i am more likely to die than you
- men are disadvantaged in western education
- men cannot have abortions, nor can they chose to not have an abortion
these are different injustices than those that affect women. so as i said, both suffer from injustices.
-
@xloveXghoulx and yes, i am trying to show you that it works both ways.
too many feminists have a simplistic picture in their mind of "men have more rights than women", but the world is NOT as simple as that. the true picture is that there are injustices against women, but there are also DIFFERENT injustices against men. both sides have DIFFERENT injustices which BOTH need to be addressed.
and not to be rude, but anecdotal evidence never proved anything.
-
@xloveXghoulx - it depends how the criticism is made. if you're rude when you make criticism, then people will think you're rude. too many people get confused between "being assertive" and "being rude". likewise, if a man is rude when he criticises, then i would consider him a dick. the best way to criticise is to smile and be polite and find a solution.
- men have endured struggles too. the struggles of war and AWFUL working conditions in the industrial revolution.
-
@xloveXghoulx - i have NEVER heard of any women at my work place getting a pay cut because she has children. if she did, she could very easily sue for sexual discrimination. and indeed, if any men with children got a boost in earnings, i would sue because i would be discriminated against as a man with no children.
- 10% of rape victims are men. that IS a substantial number. remember that 10% is the same proportion of left-handed people!
- physical strength is useless in modern society.

When is international mens day?

@33LB Just wanted to show you it works both ways. I value men but saying women are treated just as fairly as men is not realistic. There are struggles all around, but women are still being mistreated around the world in ways men aren't. The fact that I see more disgusting comments about women than I do about men on utube is proof.
-
@33LB -Men have it ALOT better than women though. Men with children are given a boost in earnings, while a woman with children is given a deduction because its believed she will not work hard.
-Women are raped FAR MORE than men. In 3rd world countries especially they are offered no help &sometimes end up pregnant.
-that's just a weird thing to say
-Women have to tolerate the same, but men are physically stronger
-If we make criticism of anything we're bitches.
-We have always endured struggles
-
@Ilkamy because men have never done underpaid, unpaid or boring work?
if men are beaten or raped, no one takes it seriously.
if men try to love women, they are automatically labelled as "creeps" or "perverts".
we have to tolerate women who think they are being assertive, but are really being aggressive and rude.
and if we make any criticism of feminist bigotry, we must be misogynists.
we have been reduced to "man-boys" by feminism. we are no longer men.
The status of women marks the freedom of a society at all...
BECAUSE woman's work is never done; is underpaid/unpaid or boring and we're the first to get fired & what we look like is more important than what we do
and if we get beaten or raped it's our fault, we must have provoked it
and if we love women it's because we can't get a "real" man
and if we stand up for our rights we're aggressive and "unfeminine"
and if we don't we're typical weak females
and for many more reasons WE ARE FEMINISTS!
