1st sentence is incomplete, lost the subject part but she explain that the subject show sign of the unwilling to nurse, for instance the way of he/she carrying is inappropriate and unwilling to clean the kids, then we decide to adopt.
2nd part: about a week, we must have daily sanitation, 24 hours caring, because every 3 hour we must give milk.
