Stepney Test Run

I just realized something. I never made a tribute to Stepney the Bluebell Engine. Well, i think it might be time for one, with the new model of him i just got yesterday. YAY! Enjoy.

And before you ask, no! i have not thought of a voice actor for him yet, and i will not be accepting any auditions for him until i start production of Episode 20.
