I feel as though this is a mix between swan lake and sleeping beauty.The king reminds me of Rothbart and the court jester if seen is usually in swan lake. This is the first time i have EVER seen the court jester in sleeping beauty.i feel as though they were in the middle of swan lake and decided to throw int he rose adagio. Even the set looks like a swan lake set.

Personally, I found this performance tepid. It was lacking in the energy department.

Is it just me or do the corps de ballet look more like they're from Swan Lake instead of Sleeping Beauty.

I've seen and been in a few productions and don't ever remember a jester....
