Music by Anthony Phillips.

More gorgeous Ant music for 12-string. This is from a very special album: "Private Parts & Pieces V: Twelve". Now, good news for Ant fans: They're going to release new remastered editions of the PP&P series for next year! More info here:
http://www.anthonyphillips.co.uk/news/ppp12.htm

Tech details on this video:
Capo on 3rd fret. The tuning for the piece is: DDGGCCDDGGEA (descending order). You can find it explained at Ant's Site (Features-Tunings). It's kind of an unusual tuning, you'll have to tune down most of the strings on your guitar (except that E of the 1st pair). I noticed that in the record Ant uses to hit just one string of the pairs (with the pick!?) which is something I wasn't used to, you have to be hyper-precise when doing this.

  • wow, i didnt know those guitars existed.

  • A beautiful tune from a special album. And so is the way you play it! It is exciting to see how it's played. Twelve has many special technical solutions, It is always interesting to see such a song played live! A special piece indeed! It is very unique!

  • Oh, I would love to listen to your version if you ever record it.

  • @hyperboreal Yes ... I had written out "End Of The Day".

For some crazy reason never recorded it after it was transcribed.
