It's not found in historical details about mandates and provinces and boundaries, it's not found in death counts from attacks on Jews from 80 years ago, or even death counts from rocket attacks or Israeli revenge attacks in Gaza. It's not found in the idea that your ethnicity or your religion determines what kind of person you are and whether you can be trusted. It is found in a very simple, very revolutionary idea, the idea that men are all equal, and that government is based on the consent of the governed. Is a solution to the Israel Palestinian conflict easy to actually implement? No, absolutely not, but if peace is ever to be achieved, it must be based on justice and equality for all people.

  • too long. this is "your" view... just look at history.. u mixed everything up.. you couldn't stick to one subject for more than 5 seconds.. your looking at the "constitution" which has no relation to what is actually happening in the "world". You have no solution.. you said something at the end about what "can't" be a solution lol. Change the video title to "little bits of irrational things that have nothing to do with a solution for anything" :)

  • @hetikhetikhetik Thank you for your arrogance and insults, both are greatly appreciated, however, I would correct you about one thing, I actually know the history if israel pretty well, and I know that democracy can work there, multiculturalism and equality can work there, because it works here. it's been proven to work, and ethnic states have been proven not to work.

  • @n8glenn I don't want to speak on behalf of Zionists but its obvious that they believe they deserve what they have. For thousands of years Jews have lived under slavery and in the Ghetto's and they have been persecuted for their beliefs. They do deserve a home and they do deserve a biblical home land but what they are doing to Palestinians isn't right because it wasn't the Palestinians who persecuted them or enslaved them or killed 6 million of them.

  • @n8glenn yes your right it can work and for thousands of years Jews and Palestinians have lived in peace, however today it is a different story. Today the word "Judah" is mistaken for the word "Zion". People have to understand they are not the same thing. The Jews that co-existed with Palestinians for thousands of years do not have the same beliefs today as they did back then.

  • The Gaza Strip corresponding to Philistia and being an exclave for Palestine will be independent as its own country. It can become part of Israel and therefore united with Samaria (West Bank) and Jerusalem, but it would have to become secular.

Given that Hamas wants an Islamic state for Gaza, that isn't likely to happen. So Most likely Hamas will just be independent.

  • The constitution will prevent the federal government from doing much. It will exist sort of as a loose federation, allowing most government power and authority to rest with the autonomous provinces with the federal government only resting power over the military (which shall be incorporated of by Israelis and West Bank Palestinians), international trade, trade between both provinces including Jerusalem, resources shared by both Judea and Samaria like water, and other typical matters.

  • As Judea shall be a Secular Jewish State upholding to Jewish Principles with a Jewish Judicial System, Samaria shall exist upholding to Arab-Muslim Principles with an Arab-Muslim Judicial System. They will be each in charge of governing over themselves and taking care of their own people. The District of Jerusalem likewise will exist, but it will neither be a Jewish nor an Arab-Muslim state. Rather it will exist completely secular, neutral, and uninfluenced by the others like the Federal state.

  • What I am proposing is the creation of a Federal Republic. You have Judea, Samaria, and the District of Jerusalem. Each is secular (secular meaning the people run their state, not their religion) and administered autonomously to the will of the people of their needs. As you said, government should exist for the people and of their consent. Well Judea will exist out of the consent of its people and Samaria out of its people.

The Federal Government will be neutral and free of either influence.

  • The real solution to the Israel/Palestine matter is in history, but much closer look at it.

Historically, Israel existed most of its time as a divided land. Kingdom of Israel only lasted through the reign of two monarchs, maybe one before David called Saul I believe.

Israel was divided into two lands, the land of the Jews (Judah) and the land of the Samaritans (Samaria).

Lets portray to the current Israel as the same thing. Land of the Jews and Land of someone else.

  • Humans are only one race, well 99% of us are one race. You can argue that since maturity and elderly begins earlier for a Pygmie (turning old in their twenties and dying of old age in their forties, oh and becoming fully grown at age 14), you could argue that they are separate race.

But most humans belong to the same race. Irregardless.
