Fairport Convention End of a Holiday Simon Nicol Tribute

Here is my tribute to Simon Nicol's complete masterwork "End of a Holiday" found on Fairport Convention's "What We Did On Our Holidays" fantastic album. My fingers were in alot of pain, I'd learned this song through a few full days worth of playing and I don't play guitar often enough so I had some bad blisters forming! I may upload a cleaner, more refined version in the future but for now I hope you enjoy this song! This is truly an incredible work of music, the perfect mood for the end of a holiday. Thank you Simon!

Thanks alot! If it makes you feel better, this is the absolute hardest song I know to play. It is NOT easy!! I can't help but wonder if Simon tuned his guitar differently and somehow made it easier to play smoothly...there is alot of quick transitioning and it makes it super hard to land smooth and keep the peaceful rhythm. Good luck, work on it, it is awesome when you can play it nice all the way through!
