Well, Turkmen people for centuries were ruled by Begs and Hans, and it is in our culture to respect true leaders. Of course there were some mistakes during his leadership but it's nothing if compared with his contribution for prosperity of our nation. Besides economical growth he managed to rebuild nation's spiritual strength. You have to be Turkmen to understand all that!!
