  • @gigglessister I just laid on the floor, got a 2.5lbs wieght that you use on your arms and held it with my feet, it works just as well, if not better;D

  • @786san just lay on your belly, tie something on both your feet, hmm like a lil pouch of marbles, to make like a weight to be lifted by the legs and do it. :)
